Returns & Exchange

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within: 60 days of delivery.
  • Return items to us within: 90 days of delivery.

Please note: Cancellations are not accepted. If you encounter any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable items (e.g., food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)

Return Conditions:

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be liable for any loss in value.

Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
